Education for Discipleship (EfD) is a new course of group study and discussion written by the Diocese which a group has followed since 2006. We meet fortnightly and so far we've covered the Old and New Testaments and the spread of the early Church. Our next study topic - on the Church since the Reformation - starts in September but before that there is a Welcome Evening on Thursday 4th September to which all are invited. Refreshments will be served and we will also be viewing a video on the English medieval church by the "TV Vicar" Revd Peter Owen Jones as preparation for the autumn programme. Further information is available from Marjory Entwistle or Mark & Julie Watson.
