Bristol Half Marathon group training sessions
8.45am at the first Severn Bridge

These will be held every Sunday morning leading up to the Race Day on 14th September 2008. We will be starting at 9am and meeting at Aust Services at 8.45am. There will be various groups aiming to run and walk various distances. If you're interested in coming, please contact Personal Trainer Russell Knight before the weekend to discuss which of these would best suit you.
With 10 weeks to go there is plenty of time to start training if you have not done so already. Everyone who attends will receive their Free Half Marathon Training Guide to help them through the months ahead.
Race entries close on Friday 11 July so if you have not entered yet time is running out!
This is an open invitation for anyone who is interested in improving their fitness levels, through a combination of walking and running. Should you be interested to join us for such training, or if you have friends or family that are interested then they are also welcome to join us on our group training day.
To all Russell's Current Regular Personal Training Clients, the Sunday training is free of charge, for non-clients there will be a £3 fee per session, and you will need to meet certain health requirements before commencing any physical activity. This assessment is a written yes/no questionnaire which will be available on the day.
Free water will be available on the day or you can bring your own refreshments should you wish. Suitable clothing and footwear is essential for these training sessions.
