Are you intimidated by the prospect of starting a regular exercise programme by yourself? Do you need help maintaining a healthy way of life? Personal Training is a fun and enjoyable way to start discovering just what you are capable of, with the motivation and support of someone alongside you every step of the way. You don't need to join a gym or commit to long-term contracts, and you can arrange sessions as and when they suit you, to fit in with the typical hectic lifestyle many of us lead these days!
Why not call to arrange a FREE consultation, where we can fill out a Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire, find out what your current levels of fitness are and establish some realistic goals? I look forward to hearing from you.

We arrange walks each weekend as well as midweek evenings in the summer. The area and length of the walk varies greatly and members also arrange occasional weekends away.
We have regular social events such as skittles evenings, quiz nights, barbecues and the like, and there is always a Christmas dinner.
However, we are more than just a walking club. The Ramblers is a registered charity and one of its aims is to campaign to keep the footpath network open.
Click below to visit the website or download the newsletters, which contain details of walks.
The Church Walking Group meets regularly at St. Mary's Olveston, at 9.30am on the second Tuesday. Some walks start at Olveston and others at nearby villages at 10am. Everyone is welcome to join in.
