The Thornbury Healing Group
We focus on proactive healing activities rather than just experiencing and educating about Reiki. The sessions start with discussion, followed by reflection through meditation and/or drawing and finishing with a group healing session. Nothing of a personal nature needs to be disclosed. Issues discussed are of a general nature and are group issues, not individual ones.
Sessions are bi-monthly to allow time for each individual’s healing process to prepare for the next healing session.
Group focus is very powerful and doing something positive for our community or the world community through healing work may sound impossible but it may be just what you are looking for.
All are welcome. For further information, please call Josie Newman on 01454 856518.

Thornbury Twins+ Club
Thornbury Twins+ Club is for any parents, relatives or carers of twins or more. We are a specialised toddler group who meet every Tuesday 2-4pm at Thornbury Baptist Church, even in the school holidays to offer help and support on raising twins or more.
If you are pregnant with twins please come along, buy unwanted nursery items from other mums, talk to mums who have been in the same situation and experienced the same anxieties, get advice, hints and tips etc.
Once you've had your children come along and stay in a very safe secure room with lots of toys for all ages, we have an area for babies and a drink and biscuit (for mums and babies) and there is always a willing hand to help. We can accommodate most double buggies without a problem.
We send out regular newsletters on events, nights out for mums and hold two Nearly New Sales a year.
We have a library of books and videos on pregnancy, birth and life after twins and are affiliated to TAMBA. Every month one of our health visitors comes to weigh and give advice on whatever you need.
Please contact either Clare on 01454 855774, or by email below or Ann-Marie on 01454 854059, email dagless@blueyonder.co.uk
