About RSS

MyThornbury.co.uk offers an RSS feed containing the current week's events in Thornbury.

What is RSS?

RSS is a simple way of sharing content from a website. You can use that content in your own newsreader or browser (eg: live bookmarks), or if you run your own website you can include our calendar entries on your pages.

Basically, we provide a list of headlines you can display, and clicking on one will call up a page on MyThornbury with the detailed information.

We use the same method to pull in the headlines on our front page and our news feeds and sports news pages from the BBC and the Gazette.

Using our RSS feed

Feel free to use our RSS feed for personal use. If you want to include it on your website, that's fine too, provided you stick to our (pretty straightforward) terms and conditions.
